The Associate Fellows, Permanent Fellows and Emeritus Fellows

Like other Fellows, Associate Fellows come to the IAS- Nantes to pursue their own research. However, they are also involved in the definition and implementation of the scientific policy of the Institute, participate in the selection of new Fellows, contribute to the animation of intellectual exchanges among Fellows and develop the Institute’s activities on thematic and / or geographic specific lines. For this reason, the Associate Fellows are part of a multi-year relationship with the IAS.
