Nota : in case your application is selected, the informations of the application form may be used in official and public documentation of the IAS (reviews, brochures, website, directory...).

The selection procedure:

The admission procedure is twofold: the application goes first through  a scientific review, and secondly through an administrative and financial negociation. Each application is first sent to two experts. A member of the Nantes IAS scientific advisory board then receives the application and experts reviews, and enters into a collegial discussion with other members at the yearly board meeting. In case the final assessment is positive, the General Secretary of the Nantes IAS enters in contact with the applicant in order to find a mutual agreement on legal, administrative and financial conditions. At the end of these two phases, the Director of the Institute sends an official letter of invitation to the applicant.
