Jacques Dubucs

Member of the Board of Trustees of the IAS-Nantes Foundation

Scientific Director of the Social Sciences and Humanities department of the Office for Research and Innovation Strategy at the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research.

Former student at ENS in Saint-Cloud, Jacques Dubucs was assistant professor of mathematics at ENS Rabat from 1980 to 1985. He joined CNRS in 1985, just after obtaining his PhD (defended on the Hilbert program). Most of his research is dedicated to history and philosophy of contemporary logics.
