Two Chairs to be set up at the IAS-Nantes

On 24 February, the University of Nantes and its partners received the I-site (Initiatives Science, Innovation, Territories, Economics) labeling from the Program d’Investissement d’Avenir (PIA 2).

 The Nantes Excellence Trajectory (NEXT) project thus enables the University of Nantes and its partners to extend their reputation internationally for their expertise in research, training and innovation on two major societal and interdisciplinary issues with a training effect On fundamental sciences and human and social sciences: Health of the future (Innovative Biotherapies, Nuclear Medicine and Cancer, Precision Medicine) and Industry of the Future (Advanced Production Technologies, Ocean Engineering).

As a partner of the NEXT project, this label allows the Institut d’Etudes Avancées de Nantes to announce the setting up of two research chairs, one dedicated to the health of the future and the other to Industry from the future.
